We recently purchased three new office chairs through Work Area Ltd.
We weren’t too sure what type of chair we were looking for, so Neil happily came out to see us for a chat and to see our current set up to give us the best options available to suit the workspace we have.
We were so impressed with his knowledge, customer service and his willingness to help us.
A few days later we were left with a chair to try for a week which was so helpful as it allowed us to make sure it was comfortable and right for our needs, and we later placed an order for two more which didn’t just arrive by courier, but by Neil himself; that’s true customer service!
