From first contact to delivery of the order Neil provided excellent service, always keeping us updated with progress of the order.

Neil was able to accommodate our colour choice, matching almost exactly with our branding theme.

He also gave great advice, working with our specific needs to deliver the perfect product.
All together a first class service.

Best regards
Linda

This is our third time using Work Area for purchasing our laboratory chairs each time the service has been great.

There were various options available in different ranges and colours and from the helpful advice given by Neil we were able to select what was best for our business needs.

The chairs we ordered were equipped with adjustable features that allow you to adjust the chairs to suit individual requirements.

The chairs are of excellent quality, and were packaged well on arrival.

I would recommend Work Area to anyone looking to purchase high quality seating at a reasonable cost.

Kind Regards

After a few attempts to speak with the purchasing department of a world renowned Research Institute, located in Surrey, I finally managed to speak to someone and managed to convince them to see me. I was invited to bring a few products down for the staff to come and look at – Here is what their Research Services Manager had to say…..

“Following a demo by Neil Hancox, several members of staff have purchased office and laboratory chairs and also high level adjustable foot rests for use in the laboratory.

The combination of wipable vinyl covers and adjustable features satisfied our Health, safety and biosafety requirements and the foot rests have alleviated several posture problems.

The quality and price of the chairs is excellent and we particularly like the range of colours – the yellow and blue ‘minion’ chairs are admired by all!

Thank you so much for all of your help, advice and suggestions.

Head of Research Services.

The service I received from Work Area Ltd was first class.

I am a first time purchaser from the company, but Neil and the team did everything I would expect:
– Reasonable ETA on the item which I needed urgently
– The product I was interested in had a video associated to it which gave me full confidence in the item I was purchasing
– The communication of the order from start to finish was perfect – I didn’t need to chase once
– The product has been well received and very easy to assemble

I will 100% recommend – expect future business from us!

Best regards,

As Laboratory Manager of 3 very busy labs, I searched online for health & safety compliant lab stools for my staff

Having come across Work Area LTD, I contacted Neil and provided him with a list of specifications I needed. Neil immediately answered all my questions and provided me a quote that day.

Once the order was placed, the stools were delivered very quickly by Neil himself which added a nice personal touch. The lab stools are very well made and more importantly they meet all health & safety requirements.

I have no hesitation in recommending Work Area LTD and their products. I, for one, will be a returning customer !

Many thanks Neil for your professionalism and all your work in providing the right equipment we needed at a very affordable cost.

Best Wishes

“I came across the Work Area Ltd website a year ago when I was searching for two vinyl covered chairs to be used with two Class II safety cabinets in a Cat. II lab. Having already received a quote from another company, Neils quote was much better priced, though the quality of the chairs was the same”.

“Having used the chairs myself at the cabinet, I found they were very comfortable and there were no problems if one had to sit on one for a long time.”

“Recently I bought another two of those chairs, again to be used with two Class II safety cabinets in a different lab, although we haven’t started using these ‘full time’ yet, I am positive that these will be as good as the ones previously bought from Work Area Ltd. Neil is very quick with his quotes and very helpful.”
